Who processes the data
The controller of data collected through this site is the association behind the chapter, whose identifying details are published on the “About the chapter” page and in the footer of every page.
What data we collect
Only what you type into one of the site's forms: name, e-mail address, possibly a phone number, your city and the text of your message. We collect nothing beyond that, we buy no lists and we pull no data from other sources.
Why we collect it
So that we can answer you and keep track of judge applications, competition entries and sponsorship enquiries. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for the purpose you sent it for, plus any period required by the association's legal obligations. After that it is deleted.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the technical providers strictly needed to deliver e-mail and host the site. We do not sell or rent data.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at the address on the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies and carries no advertising pixels.
